Common questions
What counts as a "content update"?
One content update is one specific change — swapping out a photo, changing your phone number, updating a service description, or editing contact details. If you want multiple changes in one month, they can be bundled as one update if they're small, or charged at £30 each if they're substantial. We'll always tell you before we charge.
Can I have more than 8 pages?
Yes — additional pages are £80 each. Most local service businesses genuinely don't need more than 8 pages, but if your business has multiple distinct services or locations, additional pages can make sense.
What if I don't have photos?
We can use high-quality stock photos for your trade or business type. They look great and are much better than no images at all. If you have real photos of your work, send them over — they always perform better.
Do you write all the content?
Yes. We write all the copy from scratch, based on the brief you complete when you sign up. We write it to convert — using the right keywords for local search, the right message for your customers.
What happens when I cancel?
We'll transfer your domain to your own registrar account so you have full control. We can also export your site files if you want to take the design elsewhere. You won't lose anything.
How much notice do I need to cancel?
Just one month's notice. We'll cancel the direct debit, transfer the domain, and wrap things up cleanly.
