Leadible and Free Websites are trading names operated by the same sole trader business.

This Privacy Policy applies to:

We are a UK-based digital marketing business trading as Leadible and Free Websites. We provide Google Ads management services and free professional websites for local businesses.

From website visitors:

  • Pages visited and time spent on site

From enquiry form submissions:

  • Business type and location
  • Website URL
  • Google Ads account ID (where provided voluntarily)
  • Budget information

From registered portal clients:

  • Name, email address, phone number
  • Business name, address, and trading details
  • Services offered and target customer information
  • Areas served
  • Testimonials and reviews provided
  • Logo files, brand assets, and photographs uploaded
  • Website content and copy
  • Competitor information provided

From active clients:

  • Payment and billing information (processed via GoCardless — we do not store card details)
  • Google Ads account access and campaign data
  • Website performance data including page views, form submissions, and call tracking events
  • Support communications

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data for the following purposes:

To provide our services:

  • Building, hosting, and maintaining your website
  • Managing your Google Ads campaigns
  • Processing payments via GoCardless
  • Sending you notifications about your website status and leads
  • Responding to support requests

To communicate with you:

  • Sending service-related emails (build updates, approval notifications, billing)
  • Responding to enquiries you submit

To improve our services:

  • Analysing website performance data to improve our builds
  • Understanding how clients use the portal

Legal basis for processing (UK GDPR):

  • Contract performance — processing necessary to provide the services you have contracted for
  • Legitimate interests — processing necessary for our legitimate business interests including responding to enquiries, preventing fraud, and improving our services
  • Legal obligation — where processing is required by law

4. Who We Share Your Data With

We share your data only with trusted third-party service providers who process it on our behalf. These are:

Each of these providers is subject to their own privacy policy and data processing agreements. Where data is transferred outside the UK we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with UK GDPR requirements.

We do not sell your personal data to any third party. We do not share your data with any other parties except where required by law.

When retention periods expire we securely delete your data from our systems and notify relevant third-party processors to do the same.

6. Your Rights Under UK GDPR

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Right of access — You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Right to rectification — You can ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Right to erasure — You can ask us to delete your data in certain circumstances.
  • Right to restriction — You can ask us to restrict how we process your data.
  • Right to portability — You can ask us to provide your data in a portable format.
  • Right to object — You can object to processing based on legitimate interests.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or by calling 0303 123 1113.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data including:

  • Encrypted data storage via Supabase
  • HTTPS encryption on all websites
  • Access controls limiting data access to authorised personnel only
  • Row-level security on database records

Despite these measures no system is entirely secure. If we become aware of a data breach that is likely to affect your rights we will notify you and the ICO as required by law.

8. Children's Data

Our services are directed at businesses and their owners. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data please contact us immediately.

9. Cookies

Our websites use the following types of cookies:

  • Strictly necessary cookies — Required for the website and portal to function. These cannot be disabled.
  • Analytics cookies — We use a lightweight custom tracking script to record page views, unique visitors, form submissions, and click-to-call events. This data is stored in our own database and is not shared with third parties for advertising purposes.
  • Third party cookies — Google may set cookies in connection with our use of Google Ads and Analytics services.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do we will update the date at the top of this page. Where changes are significant we will notify active clients by email.
